ABOUT THE BOOK: Research on Multi-Agent Systems is advancing our technical future capabilities as humans and as an intelligent society. During the last years many effective applications have been implemented in our daily life having the agent-based models and methods as an important component. Markets, finance world, robotics, medical technology, social negotiation, video-games, big-data science, etc. are some of the branches where the knowledge gained through multi-agent simulations is necessary and where new software engineering tools are continuously created and tested in order to reach an effective technology transfer with impact in our real lives. This book aims to bring together and to disseminate some of the latest studies and technical developments of the specialists involved in the research and applications of multi-agent systems in a wide variety of aspects related to artificial intelligence, social networks, computational markets and decision making strategies.
Theoretical and applied engineering/scientific papers which can be presented as original research papers or review papers are accepted. The required length of the full chapters is 14-20 pages.
